Alright, so remember when I said barring the worst luck ever I'd get back into doing art? Well not only was there a whole lot going on in the wonderful world of reality the last few months, but my laptop apparently sustained water damage. From being on my perfectly dry floor under my bed where no liquid could possibly reach it. One minute I was doing stuff, then went to go eat dinner, and when I came back it was off and wouldn't boot back up, just flicker on and die. The Best Buy guys said it was water damage, which elicits a giant WTF from me. I did not believe them, and when I went down there for another reason I talked to the guy I've dealt with before who I know to be pretty honest, and apparently whenever they get a water damage case, they have to take pictures of it to prove it, and they couldn't find their pictures. And if they can't prove it then they'll fix it for free rather than like $800. I haven't heard back from em yet, should give em a call. I need a new laptop for college anyway since that one isn't up to speed enough for the engineering dept, so unless they can fix it for free or I find a motherboard and RAM sticks online for a lot cheaper than Best Buy wants, I'm mainly concerned with just getting my files off it and chucking it.

Anyway, PS still won't work on my computer, but a while back my mom's computer died and she got a laptop to replace it, and she doesn't need it all that much right now so I've hijacked it. So yes I plan to do art for real now, but I am moving accounts over to ~evil-spoon-ninja Music has taken over a lot of time formerly devoted to anime and art and things, and you'll notice even the art I've managed to do has shifted in that direction. This username bugs me, the art it contains bugs me, and while part of me wants to go back to it, I know that can't happen. I'm not saying my new gallery will be nothing but my crappy pencil homages to my personal guitar gods, the days of goofy comics are far from over. I'm just not that proud of the stuff here and I feel like starting new. What I'll do with this account remains to be decided, but for now, PLEASE ADD THE NEW ACCOUNT!
